- None refundable from one to four weeks.
- Before starting program training – 50% refund.
- No money will be refunded once you start your placement.
VISA TO NEPAL
You will be responsible for your flight tickets to Nepal and Visa fees. Nepal visa fees are follows:
You should fees obtain 15 to 9o days class /Tourist Visa in order to enter the Country on arrival in Tribhuwan International airport in Kathmandu.

US $25 – 15 days multiple entry tourist visa fees
US $40 – 30 days multiple entry tourist visa fees
US $60 – per months there after for a maximum of 5 months of stay.
To book a volunteer / internship placement with us, you should pay €100 using Paypal Click here online or wire transfer as stated below. This amount is for processing your application; pre departure support and ensures your arrival at NVDP and NOT deductible from program fees. We only accept payment once you are accepted for the program.

If you wish to work for more than one placement, then you are required to pay €60 extra to cover our extra logistic work.
We mainly accept cash payment. If you wish to pay by Paypal, there will be 5.5% extra cost to cover paypal transaction and bank transfer fees. You can also pay program fee in major currencies like USD, Sterling Pounds, Australian dollars, Canadian dollars.
